These terms govern your use of Quotendra, the B2B vendor discovery and management platform. By creating an account you agree to them.
You register either as a buyer or a vendor. You are responsible for the accuracy of your company information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Quote requests, quotes, messages, and reviews must be truthful and relate to genuine business intent. Abuse, spam, or manipulated reviews may lead to suspension.
Quotendra facilitates introductions and quote exchanges. Any contract is formed directly between buyer and vendor; Quotendra is not a party to those agreements.
Core discovery and quoting features are currently free. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be published before any charge applies.
